Shipping

We ship USPS, UPS.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times are estimated by both us and by any shipping carrier we utilize. UPS does not include the day a package ships out as a transit day and none of the shipping companies we use move packages on weekends or holidays.

Winter Shipping:  

Be aware that some products may freeze or become damaged if left out in sub-freezing temperatures or if held in transit over the holidays. Plan your purchases accordingly and be present at the time of delivery if possible to mitigate the risk of frozen or damaged products.

 

Shipping insurance can be purchased through Harper Growing Solutions if desired. Some customers prefer this as they live in rural areas and packages can be subject to damage if not transported properly by the shipping carrier. Contact us if you wish to purchase shipping insurance.

Returns

Please contact us at (616) 403-0098 before returning a product.

All items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of sale. Please contact Harper Growing Solutions right away if shipments are damaged upon arrival. Refunds or product replacement can be issued if the product ordered is damaged upon arrival. Proof must be submitted before refund is issued.
